These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WOO Chat website and platform (the "Service"), operated by Esowolf. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WOO Chat is a WhatsApp Business platform that provides chat management, broadcasts, automation, templates, leads, contacts, and analytics built on the official WhatsApp Business API.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to violate any law, or to infringe the rights of others. You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable Meta policies. Violations may result in suspension by us or by Meta.
Your use of the WhatsApp Business API is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your WhatsApp Business account, including number bans resulting from policy violations.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Esowolf and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content and customer data.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), payment gateways, and automation tools (for example n8n and Zapier). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esowolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city/state, e.g. Tamil Nadu].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
